As the song says, Christmas is here. Cities and homes are filled with lights and decorations. The festive atmosphere is palpable, and there's only one month left (yes, just one month!) until the end of the year.
Christmas is a very special season, but also a time when we need to be careful. With the arrival of Black Friday, Santa Claus, and in Spain the Three Kings (a Christian tradition celebrated on January 6th to commemorate the birth of Jesus), it can become very superficial and we can end bombardment of unnecessary gifts. It's fine to treat ourselves occasionally, but once certain needs are met, an extra pair of pants will fill your wardrobe but won't fill your heart.
