How it works

  • Once you fill out our inquiry form, we reach out to you to understand your interests, preferences, personality and travel style.

  • After understanding your specific needs, we send an initial proposal outlining the different travel options and experiences.

  • Once making the needed adjustments and agreed on final travel itinerary, we will send a detailed plan of your fully customized trip.

  • We will send a detailed pricing structure of all the items selected to be paid via bank transfer. Pricing is a 10% fee calculated on total cost.

    We prioritize full transparency in our pricing, allowing you to follow the costs throughout the duration of the planning and adapting to your budget.

  • Once the payment is done, we will book and organize all the experiences selected for you.

    If there is any cancellation, cancellation policy of each travel provider will apply.
